Brilliant Approach Pvt Ltd ("Brilliant Approach", "we", "us", "our") is an MEPF EPC contractor with its registered office at C 306, Titanium Square, Thaltej Cross Road, Thaltej, Ahmedabad – 380054, Gujarat, India. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
2. What data we collect
We collect information only when you choose to send it to us through the enquiry form, by email, by phone or by WhatsApp. Specifically:
- Your name and company / organisation
- Your email address and phone number, if provided
- The project type, site location and brief you choose to share
- Any documents or attachments you choose to send us as part of an enquiry
We do not run analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking on this website. We do not place third-party cookies. The site does not require you to create an account.
3. How we use it
We use the information you send us solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry and prepare an estimate
- Schedule a site visit or technical meeting where relevant
- Send you the capability brochure or supporting documents you request
- Follow up on commercial discussions and contracting
We do not add you to a mailing list, send unsolicited marketing, or share your enquiry with parties outside Brilliant Approach without your explicit permission.
4. How we store it
Enquiries submitted through the website form open in your own email client and are sent to info@brilliantapproach.com. They are stored within our email and project management systems for the time required to respond and, where relevant, to maintain a record of the commercial conversation.
Where you become a contracted client, your data is held for the duration of the contract and the period afterwards required by Indian tax, accounting and professional regulations.
5. Cookies
This website uses two functional storage items only: one to remember your theme preference (light or dark), and one to remember that you have dismissed the cookie notice. Both are stored in your browser's local storage and never transmitted off your device. See our cookie policy for detail.
6. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India) and equivalent laws elsewhere, you have the right to ask us to:
- Confirm what personal data of yours we hold
- Correct anything that is inaccurate

7. Changes
