Cookie policy
This website stores only the bare minimum needed to make it work. We do not run analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking. The full list of what is stored, and why, is below.
1. What we store
Two items, both kept in your browser's local storage (not transmitted to us, not used for tracking):
- ba-theme — remembers whether you have selected the light or dark colour theme, so the site looks the same on your next visit.
- ba-cookie-ok — remembers that you have dismissed the cookie notice, so we do not show it to you again on every page.
That is the entire list. No analytics cookies, no marketing cookies, no third-party cookies. The site does not require traditional HTTP cookies to function — only the two local-storage items above.
2. What we do not store
- No Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or other behavioural trackers
- No advertising or remarketing cookies
- No third-party fonts or scripts that drop their own cookies (fonts are served by Google Fonts, which sets no cookies on requests)
- No personal data of any kind is stored in your browser — your name, email and enquiry content are only sent if you submit the contact form
3. How to clear what we store
Open your browser's developer tools (right-click → Inspect → Application or Storage tab), find this website, and clear local storage. On mobile browsers, clearing site data for this domain has the same effect. You can also use private / incognito mode to use the site without any persistence at all.
4. Third-party links and embeds
Links on this site to external services — LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp — may set cookies once you arrive on those external domains. Their cookie policies apply once you leave brilliantapproach.com.
5. Changes
If we ever add analytics or other cookies in future, we will update this page and present a clear opt-in. Continued lack of an analytics or marketing layer is a deliberate design choice.
